Join us for the National Worship Leaders Retreat EAST, in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina! If you are a worship leader in the Eastern United States, please join us for this time of worship, community, prayer and relaxation. During the retreat you will have ample time to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, worship together, pray for one another, spend quiet time with the Lord, and relax in a magnificent setting!

Guest speakers include Dan Wilt & Terry Butler.  Worship will be led by Ryan Delmore, Casey Corum, Michael Hansen, Anabeth Morgan, Randy McCoy & more.

What is this retreat about?

Within this 3 day event, we will worship together, pray for one another, share resources, meet new friends, connect with the Lord while surrounded by the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains, and generally have a lot of fun. Our main goal is to provide a place of refreshing, renewal, and connection for you, the worship leader. Our hope is that through this retreat and events like it, we can all develop a closer walk with God and deeper relationship with our co-laborers in this thing called worship. This event is not intended to be a "consumer driven" event, so come ready to share and receive. There is such a wealth of resources that God has deposited in each one of us. We need each other; giving and receiving. This should prove to be a great retreat; we hope you will all prayerfully consider attending this year. We look forward to seeing you there!

What is included in the cost of registration?

Prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 3 nights lodging, 8 meals and conference fees. (The "No Lodging" rate includes 8 meals and conference fees only, for local residents only).  Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registreation. 

Who can come? 

Any Worship leader, Worship pastor or Worship Overseer.

Do I need to know my roommates before I register? 

No. When you register you will see a space which allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests.  However, if you’d like to register for a double room or party room and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you in a room with some wonderful new friends!

What if something comes up and I have to cancel? 

Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee until August 29th.  After August 29th we will no longer give refunds or take cancellations.

What is the schedule like?

Typical daily schedule (subject to change)

7:15 AM - 8:15 AM Breakfast

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Personal devotions

9:30 AM -11:30 Am Morning session (worship and small group time)

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch 

1:00 PM - 5:30 PM  Free time (Elective topical discussion forms from 1:30 pm – 3pm & 3:30p - 5pm)

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Dinner

7:30 – 9:30 PM  Evening session (worship and large group time)

9:30 PM - 10:30 PM Small group time

10:30 PM - ? free time
